Good morning I am so annoyed of your services

Good morning I am so annoyed of your services. I’ve been struggling with the connection then I decided to cancel the subscription cause I’m not getting what I’m paying for. My cancellation is scheduled for the 1st of May 2023. Since I have cancelled my subscription, I don’t have internet connection. I’ve been calling you guys for the past 3 days no one is assisting me. Your people will put me on hold for more than 30 minutes or they end the call. I’m not sure if that’s how you supposed to treat your customers. If this is not sorted, I will need my refund from 17th April. I can’t work like this. Kind regards Nonhlanhla Mzamo
