Good morning I am reaching out to your platform once again due to the ********* business practice of Rain. This is becoming so ridiculous honestly. I am furious with the idea that they think they can do as they please and not comply with the Law. For everyday of over 1 week they have tried getting money out of my Bank account! This was not a debit order, but a card purchase payment! None of these were authorized by me!! These amounts were R347.00 then suddenly increased to R480.00. Who the HELL do they think they are???? It's direct disrespect to me!! HelloPeter please publish my complaint so that the public can see what they about! I have told the consultant that contacted me a week ago, that if Rain do not stop scratching in my account without my permission, my next step is going to be the consumer court!!
