Good luck trying to get service

I have been trying to rica my sim for hours now without any luck and there is no one to contact for help. Not even a number to call. All my proof of residence were rejected, without a clear reason. I uploaded every document on that list but still and I have paid. Why don't you make rica as easy as your payment process? You are so quick to take money but services are poor.
