Good internet, does not care about customers

The internet service is great, but oh boy, when you change your package via a sales call:

1. They did not cancel my old package. 2. Instead of paying less for my new and slower package, I am paying for my old premium and my smaller package. 3. Logged multiple tickets, called support where the line just drops when I select to talk to a support agent. 4. 2 months now having my bank account in the minus as Rain keeps wanting to deduct over R1000.00 and I can't reach them to rectify.
