Good Evening . My name is Motshidisi. The service I received from Rain is nothing but disappointing and disgusting. It’s been over a month now that I don’t have internet. Everyday I am calling and no one can tell me what is the problem , they keep on logging a query/ticket which to this day it’s not resolved. All they care about it debiting my account, they don’t care about their customers. I have been trying to cancel on the App it’s giving me an error , I called to cancel and I was not assisted. I would like to be given my money back and the account be cancelled so that I can find another service provider
