Good, efficient and knowledgeable service

This company upgraded their 5G offering and belatedly upgraded their existing clients. I therefore had to fetch 2 SIM cards at their store in Riverside Mall, Rondebosch.

Their office is minimalistic ( some bar stools, a counter, some place names in colour and everything else chipboard and white, like waiting rooms at public hospitals. But don't be put off by appearances. The 2 ladies assisting are quiet, efficient, friendly and know their stuff. Rain's online service is totally underwhelming and I was on the brink of switching to another supplier but these personnel sorted out the hassles.

Please understand that Rain is not the perfect WiFi provider by a long shot but at least I now know where to go to sort out my problems in Cape Town. The fuel cost pales in comparison to the call costs and frustration of calling their optimistically named 'Helpline'. A failing router replaced and new one set up, 2 SIM cards supp**** and handwritten hints and instructions supp**** without fuss. They introduce themselves but name tags would be nice.
