Good Day Support, I have been struggling with internet speed connectivity that is never reach upto 30Mbps, I have run a speedstest and only reach 11Mbps for downloads and 3Mbps Uploads, which I really don't expect from rain 5G this actually defeats the purpose for why I opened an 5G internet account with rain. The advert states upto 30Mbps however when I do not even reach internet speeds above 11Mbps which I feel is very misleading as I have logged tickets twice regarding the speed issues I am expericing and have not been assisted to date.
