Good day Its been 3months going for the forth month with rain

Good day Its been 3months going for the forth month with rain. From day 1 i received my order and i struggled to connect only to find that the router is faulty it isn't reading the simcard. I contacted rain, as usual'help is on the way' for the past 3months up to date no help came their excuse is that im in another province and not in Johannesburg yet every month my account they do not forget to debit. Rain service has deteriorated they're all about just getting money and no service they take forever to solve a problem
