Good day I was assisted by a person named Prashan, very professional and helpful as well as patient. I was experiencing some problems to get started and to make a payment to become a rain customer while struggling on the app I received a call from Prashan who guided me step by step and helped me become a customer also explaining different packages helping me to understand firstly which was the best package to suit my pocket and also which package would help my family enjoy all the benefits. I haven't yet received my package as I only signed up today but I already feel that I've made the right decision to use rain as my service provider. I would recommend rain to anyone else.
