Good day. Often we as ordinary consumers are faced with BAD service delivery. Today however after being professionally assisted by Precious I can categorically say that she deserves a promotion. She was not only patient with me,but explained everything in detail. She even returned my calls on time.. What an amazing person. I hope she is treated as a valued employee of Rain.
