Good Customer Service

I spoke to a gentleman at Rain by the name of Jared who sounded very professional, knew eith precise detail what his job entails, and was very friendly towards me. I could tell he showed interest in me as a valued client by promising he would personally make sure that I get the service I deserve, as he promised he would revert back to me with a call back as he wouldn't like to see me in the dark, nor would like to see me waste of my fruitful time calling in, and I took him at his word.

I previously had experiences with Rain in the past that left a lot to be desired and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. My experience with Jared altered this course. Jared appeared like the type who works with passion and a desire to be of genuine assistance, not like some who, truth be told, only want to collect their paycheck at the end of this month. Keep up the good work Jared, and I wish you all the best in your future endeavours!
