Good, can be better though!

Had quite a hassle with your 4G offerings guys. Changed to 5G and i can say i haven't had to complain since. The one star i removed from 5 is for the fact that i had to change to a higher package to get a decent speed from your net. That's something that should happen at all paid service levels, not this marketing gimmick i think you're doing!! If the net can't contain any more 4g customers, halt the onboarding and focus on service delivery. I really think you can do better on your 4g offerings, for crying out loud you request that i give you the address of where i stay before you get me a service. I'm sure you can use that info to estimate how many people most probably will connect to any given base station and therefore know if there would be too much congestion at a certain area based on the # of signups, right? Add more base stations or halt onboarding for certain areas if too many ppl signup!!!!!!!!
