Good Afternoon, just wanted to write a quick note to say that I received SUPERB service from SULTAN SOHERWARDI from the Rain Call Centre. Sultan was very patient with me and took the time to firstly understand my query and secondly (more importantly) to offer me several options and solutions. I am impressed with SULTAN's knowledge on the various device and package options on the Rain network as well as his ability to explain things in a calm, collected and knowledgeable manner
