going to the newspaper now

good day

I am so upset with Rain its now going for 4months I am waiting for my re-fund. I keep on sending emails no one reply's they asked for my card number on the 09-10-2020 still today my funds have not been paid back. I will be taking all my emails to the newspaper I am so tired of asking for my own money back. #*** this is now my 3rd complaint logged but they just don't care . I'm am supper GAT VOL. I want my funds pain in my account today... I am sick and tired of this Rain is the worse service provider ever really they never have network internet is so slow
