Yes it's me again complaining about Rain's service again. Their service has been off since 21:30 tonight! And since you don't provide 24h support, and when you actually do we have to deal with some *********** muppet in India i am forced to make use of this platform to inform you and the rest using or looking at using your service what I think of it! Very quick to disconnect your service within the hour of payment being due but we have to put up with your intermittent service! When are you actually going to do something for your customers that this problem regularly plague? The price of satellite internet is definitely something to consider for us on the farms as it is hassle free!
