Ghost Company

Since I've received my Rain sim card on the 25 August 2020 have I been trying to contact rain to complain about their bad coverage in my area. The download speeds is 45kb/s whereas I've been with telkom using the same internet device getting much better download speeds of up to 3-4 mb/s.

This to me is unacceptable and I thing we need to lodge a complaint with ICASA to resolve our issues. Rain to me is a ghost company where you don't have human contact with this establishment. I hope Mr. Roos will intervene to safe this company. I will be exposing this ghost company to the world in the political arena to get the response we deserve. Regards Mark
