Getting the Rain router to me was a very simple and easy process. Since I have had the Rain router it's driving me crazy we have internet 2 days in 2 days out. I've tried connecting help but I got nothing. I've called, email and requested support from the app and nothing. When I was requesting to buy the router the company called me back I. 10 minutes now that this thing of there's is mot working they can't be bothered to even give me suggestions on what to do next. *this is complete bull***** I want my money back. I'll most definitely not be recommending this ****.
