Getting hold of RAIN is as difficult as getting electricity from Eskom.

I'm using this review to get hold of Rain. My contract with them ended and it didn't just revert to prepaid. Now I have no number to make and receive calls. I can't get hold of them via email which is incredibly frustrating. I need to port my number back to MTN and would really appreciate some help from them. My number is below but it won't work as mentioned above.
