Get up to date Rain

Rain is one of the worst internet providers that you can get! Been off for longer than 3 days now and every morning just after 7 it goes off.We complain daily but still no improvement! Do something about it and ask your technicians for direct number as every time your excuse is that you can’t make direct contact. It is truly ridiculous!
