Get rid of RAM couriers ASAP please. Not good for your business

I'm happy with your service but it's appalling why you're still using RAM as your preferred courier services partner. These guys don't deliver and they always claim to not being able to contact the receiver which is blatant lies all the time. Please go and look at the RAM profile and see how many people who've subscribed a service with you guys are complaining about non delivery issues including myself.
