Get rid of CCD Couriers

My delivery was rescheduled 3 times because of some mysterious "delays". It's been 9 days since the day CCD Couriers received my order/package and then rescheduled to the 14th of May (14 days after receiving). Your couriers don't respect your clients' time, as I had to make use of my leave days to await delivery, just for your drivers not to show up and/or make zero contact concerning the delay.

CCD's customer care email address is basically defunct, and their agents are either deaf or ***********.

I cancelled my Rain order and I'm looking into alternative options as I greatly rely on having an internet connection at home for work purposes.

Please do better! Or at least make use of a courier service that can actually do their jobs - there's plenty of diligent companies out there who takes their duties seriously and are more courteous towards paying customers.
