Get out of my life, leave me alone.

For those out there who are still using the services of Rain, i feel sorry for you, i am struggling to get rid of these people. I now have to cancel my card because they are still debiting me after i request them to cancel service. I also cancelled on my rain profile but my account is still active. I just want to warn people to be careful with this people, they make your life a living hell. They refuse to let go, the most pathetic company i ever dealt with an i will make it my mission to warn everyone against this ravenous wolfs.

A bunch of ****s, and dishonest company, you debited 499. for May 2024, i never skipped a month and the again 267 for broken services. I will report you the Consumer protector, you make me sick i requested you to cancel your pathetic services but you still harass me like i am your flippen client. I have asked you numerous times to cancel my services but you don't do it, and you expect me to pay for services after you cut me off, you people are disgusting, you should be ashamed of yourself to demand money with the kind of pathetic service you give.

You are a bunch of dishonest people, just leave me the hell alone you are not sorry so stop the pretending and give my ****** money back. You expect me to pay for service after you cut me off and then still debited me after i paid you. Now i have to go through the process of cancelling my bank card because you keep on lying and not cancelling my subscription after i did request it. My damn online account is also still active after i requested a cancellation. You are dishonest and you should be ashamed of yourself. I will keep on putting bad reviews on until i am satisfied that you have paid back what you owned me. I am not going to submit any information you have the damn tickets and you can read through all my reviews and see my request for cancellation. You can also collect all the damn recordings i had with you where i clearly asked you to cancel the damn subscription so stop harassing me i am not going to go through the same **** every time you have the damn tickets stop wasting my time bot.

Stop lying according to my banking record i forwarded to the ISPA i have paid the amount of 499 went of from the beginning of this year up until the end of May 2024( 5 amounts). I then pay you an amount of 267.50 which is for June and then you also debited me for 535.00 and 267.50 the first of July 2024. I practically paid the 499.00 for May as well as the 267.50 and then another 535.00 and a 267.50 in July 2024, do you want me to forward the banking statements to you, cant you even see this does not make any sense. And anyway you cut me off for most of June 2024 and a few times in the prior 2 months and you did not even cancel my subscription after i requested cancelation. Suddenly today after i complained multiple times on Helo Peter and after i try to cancel again no suddenly my account is cancelled, you discussed me and you are dishonest company who will not get away with robbing people.

I have never been so disgusted by anyone, i receive the most pathetic service, and Rain only respond after i complained on this website when you forward a complaint to them they literally take their time to respond. I have also paid every month broken service or not, how can you give such pathetic service and then make demands, i would be ashamed. I hope i can get this ridiculous period in my life behind my back a.s.a.p. I am thankful for my new service provider, who give me excellent service, its been nearly a month no buff when i watch videos, for the first time i actually have service when its bad weather. Thank you Telkom for good service, RAIN?, good riddance hopefully after this issue is resolved i never have to deal with you again......
