I got a Rain card November 2020 from takealot. After installing it, I realized that there was no service where we are staying. It wasn't a contract. Today 27 September 2021 Rain decided to take money from my account. I had no agreement with them or gave them permission to do so 10 Months later. When confronting them they want to tell me that I was supposed to cancelled the card. Why didnt' they take money on all the other months. Beware, they are *****ing from you. Please look at your bank accounts if you are a Rain user. they will try anything to get money.
