This is literally my 16th reach out to from rain to serve me a paying customer since the 3rd of Apr. This so disheartening, that I have been promised for feedback and I have yet been the one that's had to call for the 'feedback ' that's led to silence from your side! I was double debited and I have been taken to pillar and post throughout. The last person I spoke to 7 days ago was Sibongile from billing, who swore to send me my statements within 24 hours.... and still I wait. Once again, I ask that you send me my statements as per requested, so we can decide if I cancel or proceed with rain.

Go back to my request, I don't need to be speaking to another *********** agent.
I want a summary of all my payments since I joined and we can take it from there.
