Garbage Network Garbage Service
4 weeks and counting, NO attendance to any of my support tickets. Today again im sitting with 1.87ms download and 0.99ms Upload while my vodacom LTE in the exact same town ect gives me 12 to 17mbs. The Rain network is totally unreliable and theres no customer service at all! They dont reply to any support tickets and if you phone to query about your support tickets they drop the phone. Stay away from Rain Network, they are absolutely garbage. Im getting rid of them end of the month!

12 Apr 2024, 19:16Im on my way to a dinner meeting and you spoiled enough of my time already! The only reason why you are jumping now is because I placed a review on Hello Peter. If it was any other place you would've ignored it but it's expected of you to reply to reviews on this platform. Come end of April I will hand in my 30 days notice as per your Terms of Service. Im done with Rain! Ive been a client of yours for 6 years!!!
