Garbage customer support.

Received my internet pretty quickly, but it didn't work. I proceeded to email them, and I've written 2 follow up emails in the week after that. It's been 4 months, and I haven't heard anything from them yet. I got my internet working in the meantime, and at least the speed is acceptable now thanks to a signal boost in the CBD, but my goodness... 4 months??????
