Do not deal with them my net has been dead for 2weeks iv called them lots of times and all they can say is we will get back to you .. BUT if i request a sales call they phone me within a few min , all they want to do is take your money and not provide a service ... there management team is rude and make you feel like your wasteing there time as a PAYING CLIENT .

15 Oct 2023, 17:12I've been told this for over 2 weeks now and more than 10 tickets and I'd bet you only reply to seem like you care. Only sales respond or call back. Some sales agents actually escalate but nothing comes of it.
