GAMES LAGGING HIGH PING BAD NETWORK

So i had 4g with rain and the connection was very poor. i changed to their 5g system and was happy till 2 week ago. i am now experiencing the same as when they said their network was congested on the 4g. while playing online games like FORTNITE i will get a ping of 1100, the game is lagging etc. so is the network congested gain.
