Upgraded from 19 hours Unlimited off-peak R250pm data plan to Unlimited 24/7 R479pm data plan with much regret! Data speeds at snails pace! Their so-called 4G much resembles 2G and dial-up modem era! Forever buffering!!! REALLY?! WHAT YEAR IS THIS? 1990? DEFINITELY NOT 2020! WAKE UP PEOPLE, RAIN DON'T CARE! THEY NEVER REPLY! Data speeds continuously drop every day. Get your act together RAIN, or else you will inevitably see an Exodus to your demise much to the benefit of your competitors/rivals! SA should be ashamed of these rip-off internet Service Providers with their exuberant fees for ANCIENT INTERNET!!! So RAIN, unless no improvement soon, switching ISP carrier is imminent for MANY!!!
