Furious beyond words
Beyond furious... No communication was sent that the pay as you use feature is no longer available. I ACCIDENTALLY selected the R479 package, and was unable to convert back... I then canceled the sim. Now I am being debited 2 months... I was debited R479 in June and another one coming up in July.
This is very very unprofessional and very inconvenient. Now I am basically paying R 958 after not even using a gig.
Very unsatisfied
