Funds deducted but no data

My name is Nosipho Dube rain deducted funds from my account end of 2 September days letter I still have no data, I used my budgeted money to cover for these past few days. I even sent an email to them with no luck. You were so quickly to deduct R479.00 out of my account and not give me my unlimited service, if this doesn't get sorted quickly I am cancelling and I demand a refund. I have a business to run now my Airtime is done cuz of someone not doing their Job.
