Purchased data on 8 July linked to cell number 081****382 however data bundles do not reflect!!
Been waiting for feedback for two days now !!
Rain practically stole my money and has not reimbursed my funds.

I am unable to use my SIM card without the data that I purchased. Once again , Rain deducted funds from my bank account and fails to credit my data bundle!! It’s extremely frustrating!

It’s been 4 days since I sent my proof of payment to Rain and have not received a response yet !!!

- Data was not loaded into account and funds were deducted out of my bank account
- Bank statement and proof of payment was sent to Rain via email
- Today is the 15th July 2024 and data has not been loaded onto !!!
