Full Signal - No Speed - No Point in sticking with them

When I first purchased a rain sim card the service was decent, I got speeds between 10 - 20Mbps up and down in the Muizenberg, I canceled my Telkom line because it seemed reliable, fast forward a couple of months and we have 4 sim cards that cannot even reach 100Kbps on any of them, 3 of the sims are in cellphones so speeds aren't expected to be the best but I have one in a Huawei B618 that supports both frequency bands. I have no intention in staying with this company.
