Full price for partial product

I've tried contacting Rain with my problem but there is no contact number anywhere and it seems like they're just ignoring my emails. My line speed has be a third of what it's supposed to be for over a month now. At first i thought it might be that they throttled my account because I've use too much, but when the new month started it was still the same. They're just not bothered and at this point i want my money back.
