Rain is a very ***** and disgusting company I’m still sitting with the same issue as last month Where they said I didn’t pay off which I paid they keep asking for proof of payment numerous times which I always send to them today again I spoke to one of their consultants who asked me to send proof again after sending it and being told the account is up to date Like really which nonsense game is Rain playing like really

To whoever who will be joining them run so fast and never look back because for a whole 3 months I’m dealing with Wifi being switched on and off regarding the same issue which some how comes back after I make payment for the new month Please Rain keep the Wifi off even though I sent proof of payments numerous times
