Full disclosure of another clients info

I have now called in for assistance 3 times as my internet is off... I have been holding on for about an hour listening to a Ziyaad Farred... He answered another call whilst i was holding on and disclosed FULL information for another client over the phone... He helped the client and seemed to forget i am still holding on the line whistlening and talking... I have now got id number, cell number and adress for the client he helped and he is still not aware im waiting this after 2WEEKS of teying to get help to get my internet on!!!!!
