Full Coverage and no service or support.

this is a complain about there service and signal. first package looks inviting, checked there coverage and shows full 4G and 5G. Got Sim struggle to rica it but manage to get it working and activate the sim. BUT no signal both in router and phone. This cannot be, FULL Coverage?? logged calls, try to get hold of them the only response after almost 24 hours was to tell me that interference from trees builds will be the issue. This is not the case. now they are quiet, send a mail again but no answer. what a wast of money. stop using covid as a excuse!!
