FRUSTRATION DUE TO NO COMMUNICATION

I have two challenges with RAIN:

(1) I signed up for RAIN as a month-to-month contract at around R799/month. I have not been able to pay for a few months. Now, I have an outstanding bill of over R2 000.00 - How does that work?

(2) I filled out a form on the RAIN website for them to contact me on Sunday 02 April and received a mail with a reference number and a note that they would contact me. On Tuesday I reminded them that I still have not been contacted. It is now Thursday and I have not received any further communication from them.

I would like to resolve this issue, but it seems to be impossible because they are just not responsive at all!
