Frustratio is an under statement , I use this **** for work for heaven sake. I called so many times without help

I have had the worst weekend ever with this useless service. Anyone know the best services one can use because I am not gonna pay for "Connected without internet" since Thursday and buy my own data . Jeezz I am so frustrated with this . Can you believe I have been watching a 2hr movie since Friday even now I have not finished the movie. What the hell is this? ***
