Frustrating services during the lockdown

I am one of the happiest client with rain but since the lockdown it is imposssible to get any support from you guys. I do not know how many custmoers I have sent to rain and now I just feel maybe now I stop, I can't get service myself. I am offline and recently sent about 3 requests that were not responded to. Guys I know you can service, we all are under pressure with the lockdown but you guys are already an online business. I need to know what to do am completely offline now and I use the data for work?
