FRUSTRATING SERVICE -RAIN

I signed up for RAIN----Ever since I got the simcard- I had issues connecting – I was then e mailed to say I reached my 1 gig limit- I e mailed to cancel at the end of January 2020—by the way the limit was reached after sending this e mail- so I tried to contact them --- almost 20 emails later, live chats etc – I am still trying to cancel – the operators send out messages without reading- I don’t know if they have a set format---it’s so frustrating --- no one actually calls you despite a hundred requests to do so—if you phone you are kept waiting for over 4 minutes at a time and still no operator comes on the line -
