Frustrating Service from RainOne

Rain customer service is appalling, I have an overpayment subscription that does not even have add to my subscription it's been over 2 months having to chat to their chatbox promise to call you then lie and say they have tried to call you when they haven't. My frustration is unmeasured, very disappointed even when they call you, there's no resolution.
