Frustrating Service by Rain

Spent over R600 just waiting on hold to get thru to rain for help.. once I got thru the consultant said rain will call me back since she has logged a query on my account. My 2nd device that I have from Rain just lost network and now I have no internet connectivity... buying data is becoming frustrating.

Never recommending Rain to any1!!!!!!!!
