Frustrating service and bad wifi

I have the Rain 5G unlimited package. It’s just me at home in the day. All I use is Teams, Google and Outlook and Rain can’t handle it. For 2 days now I have not even been able to use google on my phone. I tried cancelling with them a few months ago and they couldn’t even get that right. Frustrating service and bad wifi, tried looking for the closest tower but my connection is too bad to navigate the site. Using my phone data to post this.

Hi, why is it Rain works well for a month and then starts acting up again? Signal has been so bad for the last 2 days that I can’t even send an email. I’m not gaming, I’m not streaming, I’m not even playing Spotify. I just need teams and outlook to work and I can’t even manage that. I’m on the unlimited 5G PREMIUM package. There is nothing premium about not being able to send an email. Please don’t call me at night like last time, I just want to work in peace without the stress that comes with Rain. Thanks
