Frustrating Refund Process

May you please process my refund so that I can cancel your services. You made a mistake which you acknowledged, now you can’t process my refund? What kind of business is that. I have to call you a thousand times and be told “We have launched a claim with a billing department”. Please send me back my damn money as little as it is!!!!
