Frustrating Rain network

I ordered my rain sim on the 12th of July and only received it on the 29th of July....I put my sim on my phone and was sent an sms 2 hours later saying it was activated....I went online for about 20 min and after that did not get any signal....from the 29th till today the 3rd of August I'm battling to get a stable connection...Everytime I use the WiFi connection to the sim it says 'connected....unable to connect to internet'......I'm on the R479 package and even checked coverage before purchasing.....now I'm stuck with no internet access and it's absolutely frustrating..... The contact support feature on the homepage is useless cos wen u send them an email u have to wait 3 to 4 days for a response.... ridiculous...
