Frustrating Poor Service and Persistent Internet Issues with Rain

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with my Rain router for over two weeks now. Every evening between 19:00 and 21:00, the internet connection repeatedly drops, and the router displays a 'No Internet' message. This disruption is incredibly frustrating, especially during peak usage hours. And according to Facebook pages this has been happening to many other people with no support from Rain.

Despite my efforts to resolve this issue, Rain's customer support has been extremely unhelpful. I have called the support line multiple times, but no one has been willing to assist me. The support agents frequently mute me during calls and never follow up, leaving me without a resolution. Call Reference Number: ***2, ***5, ***0, ***1, ***2 (Cannot find others)

I have tried everything within my power to fix the problem, but the lack of support from Rain is unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed with the service and the poor customer support I have received.

I urge Rain to take immediate action to resolve this issue and improve their customer service. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I hope no other customers have to go through this.
