Frustrating network

Rain can be the worst network provider ever , how do I pay every month without giving them problems but yet experience a very poor signal and when I write them tickets they just respond with a cut and paste email saying HELP IT'S ON IT'S WAY then after that they do nothing to fix the issue ,this is totally unfair because I don't remember them refunding me for the time I loose daily when their network starts to do all these nonsenses
