Frustrating experience

I recently tried to purchase the Rain 101 touter and a link was sent for payment . I made the payment after dome few hours since i was busy only to find out the order was already cancelled ( link is acyive for few minutes). I’ve been fighting for my refund but everyone transfers me to the next person. So frustrating
