Frustrating "customer support"

My mum in law passed away and we trying to cancel her rain subscription but cannot do so because rain has not way to contact them other than logging into your profile which we can't seeing that the person is deceased...... Did you not plan for such instances??? This is really frustrating as your support email gave an auto reply to outright say you do not reply to emails
